The purpose of the TCSUD is to provide its customers with safe and dependable water that consistently meets or exceeds water quality regulations. Our system will provide this quality water to all customers at a fair and reasonable price that reflects the full cost of producing, treating, storing and distributing this precious resource. We also treat our fellow employees and customers with dignity & respect so that we will enjoy our employment as a superior place to work.

Office Closure

January 20, 2025

The TCSUD Office may be closed on Tuesday and Wednesday January 21st and 22nd due to "SNOW DAYS" (Inclement Weather). If you have an emergency, please contact the On-Call Operator at 409-429-0630. Depending on the weather, the TCSUD Office will likely reopen at 7:00 a.m. on Thursday January 23rd.
